This study was conducted to analysis effective factors in production and marketing of ornamental fish in Alborz province. The statistical population includes 40 members of the ornamental fish production cooperation of the Alborz province. Research methodology was descriptive using questionnaire as the main tool for data collection which its validity confirmed by experts in the field of ornamental fish production, while its reliability was 80.2% based on the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Analysis of statistical descriptive of study was done using the frequency and inferential analysis was performed by the gamma correlation coefficient and Friedman test. Strength points and threats based on the Gamma correlation test in this study had significant relationships with the ornamental fish marketing (p<0.08). The production has been also statistical correlated by weakness points (p<0.05) and opportunities (p<0.08) of the ornamental fish industry in the Alborz province. Youngness of producers (12.60) followed by the application of new culture methods (12.01) were the highest effective factors on the ornamental fish production in Alborz Province, whereas continuous presence in the market (7.59) and selection of culture species (7.50) had the highest effect on marketing section in this province.
