Plantago major is a medicinal plant that has the property of strengthening the immune system. n the present study, the effects of different levels of lavender and herb plantain extract on growth performance, survival rate and blood markers of the grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) was investigated. The fish were placed in the form of four treatments in three replications (30 repetitions per fish). The fish were fed with carp fish including three levels of calendula flowers at the rate of 0.1, 0.5 and 1% at the rate of 0.1, 0.5 and 1% and a control group for 8 weeks. The results showed that the highest final weight of fish in both leaves and lavender groups was observed in T3 treatment (diet containing 1% lavender extract) and the lowest weight was observed in the control group (P<0.05). The highest and lowest FCR were observed in the control group and T3 treatment, respectively (P<0.05). WG, IBW and PER values in T3 treatment had the highest value and the lowest value of each of the mentioned indices was observed in the control group (P<0.05). Obesity coefficient (CF) was the highest in all treatments containing plant extracts and was the lowest in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HSI between experimental and control groups (P> 0.05). The highest HSI was observed in the control group and the lowest in the T2 group. No losses were observed in the groups during the experimental period and the survival in the experimental treatments and the control group was 100%. Based on the results, the amount of blood parameters (hematocrit, hemoglobin, number of red blood cells, white blood cells, lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, MCH, MCV and MCHC) among different treatments containing lemongrass and lavender extracts, showed a significant difference with Did not have each other (P>0.05). According to the results, the amount of total protein was significant among the experimental treatments so that fish fed T3 diet (1% of plant extract) had the highest amount of total protein (P <0.05).
