Sterlet fish (Acipenser ruthenus) is a sturgeon in a commercial river basin. Natural growth and immune stimulants have several advantages over artificial growth and immune stimuli, of which these include availability, less damage to the environment and the potential for production at a high cost-low level. This study investigated the effects of various levels of Combio multi-enzyme on growth performance, survival, immunity factors in 72 parts of A. ruthenus with an average initial weight (88.87 ± 4.45) gr in the form of 4 treatments with 3 replications in the roundabout of fiberglass ponds the volume of water was 100 liters. Daily feeding was carried out with 10% body weight of fish with four diets, 0 (control), 0.25, 0.75, 1 g of mulco enzyme combo per kg of food for 2 months. Biometrics were evaluated in 5 districts at the end of each period. The results showed that growth indices such as daily growth, specific growth factor and body weight gain did not differ significantly between treatments (p> 0.05). A more accurate biometric study between the periods showed that the third to fourth and first to fifth growth indices had a significant difference (p <0.05). Blood factors such as white blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, MCH, neutrophils, lymphocytes and hormones such as cholesterol, total protein, albumin, ACH50, lysozyme, amylase, total immunoglobulin and immunoglobulin M had a significant difference among treatments (p <0.05).
