Abstract:   (1669 Views)
In the present study the effect of Probiotic Pediococcus acidilactici (Bactocell) and Iron was examined on growth performance in Caspian Sea Brown trout (Salmo trutta caspius) fry. 2430 fish with primary weight 3.59 g were divided in 9 experimental groups each include 90 fish, with 3 replications and studied for 60 days. Fish in control group was feed using commercial food (Skretting, Co.)  And fish in other treatments were feed using commercial food with different dose of probiotic and iron.  Fish weight and length were measured once in ten days during study. The most final weight and total length (13.63 g and 10.91 Cm respectively) were observed in treatment 8. There was no significant difference in the rate of obesity (P<0.05). Factor treatments were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The feed conversion, weight gain, specific growth rate and protein efficiency difference between treatments was not statistically significant (P<0.05). Feed conversion ratio and obesity treatments than in the control group, the percentage of body weight gain, specific growth rate and protein efficiency control group was higher than the other treatments (P<0.05). Probiotics stimulate appetite, and by producing vitamins and digestive enzymes such as proteases and analysis of non-digestible ingredients, nutritional create better fish attract more food and meat production industry. The main objective of this research is to assess the effect of probiotics on the growth factors Bactocell with iron and finding solutions to reduce production costs and increase revenue was aquaculture.
