In this study, the study of Benthic Lake Arasbaran reservoir dam in East Azarbaijan Province was carried out with aquaculture purposes. Sampling from the lake in 2010 was carried out from 4 stations with three replications. During this study, 3 families of Benthic Invertebrates including Chironomidae, Lumbriculidae and Tubificidae were identified. Their abundance was 74, 3 and 27 number/m² respectively, and biomass of these creatures was respectively 0.24, 0.02 and 0.11 g / m². There was no significant difference between macrobenthic biomass at different stations (p <0.05). The natural production capacity of the lake was estimated to be about 0.2 to 1.7 kg / ha for Estimated. The amount of lake production at different times for the 180 ha level of the lake will be 133 ± 20.9kg.
