In this study, the effects of different concentrations of ) Arthrospira platensis ( on the growth and antioxidant defense mechanism of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio (were investigated during a 8 weeks culture period. ). An experiment was designed with five treatments, including diets with 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10% of Arthrospira platensis and each with three replicates. One hundred and fifty koi fish with average initial weight of 30±1g were assigned to fifteen experimental tanks. The results revealed that the Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) activity level in 10% (Arthrospira platensis) treatments demonstrated a significant increase compared to the control group (P<0.05) and in all samples taken at different treatments of the experiment did not show any significant differences(P>0.05). Liver enzymeze also decreased significantly by dietary supplementation (p<0.05). Also Koi fish fed with 2.5% A. platensis showed a significant lower growth performance than those fed with 7.5 and 10% A. platensis (p<0.05). These results revealed that, inclusion of 10% A. platensis in diets did appear to have a significant positive effect on antioxidant defense mechanism , liver enzymes activities and growth rates of koi fish.

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of photoperiod and different feeding times on growth performance and feed efficiency of juvenile beluga sturgeon (Huso huso) for 56 days. One hundred and twenty fish with an average weight of 51.5 ± 0.4 g (mean ± SD) subjected to four different treatments with three replications which distributed in 12 circular concrete tanks under the treatments including: 1) natural photoperiod with feeding under light (Nd), 2) natural photoperiod with feeding under light-day (Nnd), 3) 24h lighting with feeding under light (Ld), and 4) 24h lighting with feeding under light-day (Lnd). Feeding times in natural photoperiod (12L: 12D) were considered at 6, 10, 14 and 17 and 2, 9, 14 and 21 in 24L. At the end of the period, growth performance and feed efficiency were calculated and the results showed no significant Interaction between photoperiod and feeding time among treatments (P>0.05), but the best performance was observed in Ld treatment. The results of this study represent an increase of 22 g in fish exposed to natural photoperiod with feeding under light and a more favorable FCR over the course of 8-week. Since using 24h lighting with feeding under light, growth performance and feed efficiency of juvenile beluga sturgeon was improved, so it is recommend to using this condition in juvenile beluga sturgeon farms.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the compatibility of rainbow trout fish with biochemical and blood parameters in waters with a salinity range of 0-20 gram per liter order to allow the introduction and development of this species in different aquatic environments with different salinity levels. Baby fish from a cold water factory in Mazandaran province were transported to the Caspian Sea Ecology Institute for testing. fishes with average weight 31.56 ± 0.70 g and mean fork length of 13.87 ± 0.15 cm, in 3 treatments in water with saline (fresh water, 13 and 20 g / l) With a density of 15fishes in, each 300 liter polyethylene tank containing 250 liters of tested water was introduced. Fresh water water from the Tajan River and 13 grams per liters of water from the Caspian Sea and 20 grams per liters of water from Caspian Sea salt and sea salt water were prepared. Every day, 50 percent of the water tanks were replaced. The duration of the experiment was 7 days. Measurement of measured water parameters during the test period included: Oxygen dissolved in 6 mg / L, pH = 8.2, nitrite less than 0.1, nitrate less than 16 mg / l, ammonium 17.52 mg / l And a temperature of 15.5 ° C. In the experimental period, mortality were not observed in experimental groups. The results showed that relative osmolarity, sodium, chloride, magnesium, cortisol, calcium, hematocrit, hemoglobin, number of red blood cells and white in saline medium were higher than fresh water (p <0.05). The results of blood and blood ionisation of blood plasma of trout fish indicate the physiological compatibility of fish species with the changes in salinity and adaptability to provide the possibility of rearing these fish.

In this experiment, the effect of dietary Spirulina platensis on haemato-biochemical and immunity responses of Caspian brown trout (Salmo trutta caspious) juveniles was investigated. For this purpose, diets with five S. Platensis inclusion levels (control 0%, 2 %, 4%, 6% and 8% of diet fish meal) were prepared. Six hundred juveniles with an average initial weight of 11 ± 1.0 g were assigned to 15 experimental tanks. The experiment lasted for 10 weeks. At the end of the experiment, haemato-biochemical parameters including white blood cell, red blood cell, neutrophils, lymphocytes, haematocrite, hemoglobin, glucose, albumin, total protein, triglyceride, cholesterol, as well as immunity parameters including lysozyme, C3, C4, Immunoglobulin (IgM), ACH50 and respiratory burst activity were assessed. The hematological and immunological factors were improved when fish were fed a high level of S. platensis supplement. S. platensis inclusion also increased activity of Lysozyme C3, C4, IGM and ACH50 and respiratory burst activity and reduced AST and ALT formation. These results indicate that S. platensis supplement is promising for disease prevention in S.trutta caspious juveniles, at an optimum dietary level of 6-8% in diet.
