The effect of native probiotic (mixtures of Lactococcuslactis and Lactococcuslactis) on growth rate and some hematological and immune indices of juvenile Husohuso were investigated. One hundred fifty six Husohuso individual with average weight of 2.92±0.16gr were fed by company Biomar diet (protein: 47%, lipid: 16%, carbohydrate: 3.2%) that add probiotic to level of 0,150,300 and 450 mg/kg (PB0، PB150, PB300 and PB450). Fish were reared in fiberglass tank (500 lit) for 8weeks. In the end of rearing period, blood sample were attained and transferred to laboratory. Final weight (FW), body weight increase, (BWI), Specific Growth Rate and daily growth rate (DWG) significantly improved by Probiotic inclusion in diet (P<0.05). Fish fed withPB300 had highest of the growth index (P<0.05). A Significant increase of red blood cell and compliment (C3) were observed in fish fed PB150 and PB450 compared to control (P<0.05). Therefore, it seems that using concentrations of 300 and 450 mg / kg of ration can be beneficial in the rearing of Husohuso fingerlings.
