This study was conducted to determine suitable site for fish farming of rainbow trout in the 5 river of Anzali wetland's area.The results of PH,EC, F.T.U , T.S.S , Oxygen , Total hardness , alkalinity , temperature and the average annual of water temperature were 7.6-8.3 , 110-420 micromoss/cm , 2-304 , 0.01-0.3 mg/l , 1.2-4.5 , 5-31 ºC  and 15.9 ºC ,respectively. The maximum amount of BOD5 and COD were 2.9 and 28.3 mg/l. Twenty-two species of fish have been identified. Thirty  four groups of benthic's macro-invertebrates were identified that 17 groups were belonged  to the sensitive to  pollution's order ( Ephemeroptera, Trichoptera and plecoptera).Sixteen  Rainbow trout fish farming locations were identified with production capacity of 388 tons by using of statistic analyzing and ecological, biological ,economic and social information's.
